Welcome to the movement series designed to support eating disorder recovery. This quick routine is designed to help you regulate your nervous system. It's a blend of easy-to-follow movements that powerfully activate your parasympathetic nervous system to elicit a sense of calm and balance. 🙏

For optimal results, we encourage you to do this practice daily. Regular practice will strengthen your parasympathetic nervous system, paving your way toward greater emotional stability and a noticeable reduction in the frequency and intensity of disordered eating episodes. 🌈

As you familiarize yourself with the movements, pick and choose your favorites and keep them in mind. So, when you're out and about, and a disordered eating urge rises, or stress sets in, you can quickly perform any of these movements to counteract those feelings. Remember, even a few minutes of practice can be incredibly beneficial!
